Being a long standing customer of Trinity Motors Wexford when it came to upgrading our Peugeot 3008 to a full electric car Neil at Trinity Motors was the natural way forward. Following a long consultation with our local Peugeot dealership the decision was to choose the new Peugeot e-3008. The car is beautiful and a dream to drive but there appeared to be some electronic glitches with the auto braking system and with the auto lights. During a lengthy and prolonged examination of our car there was no obvious issues detected. Peugeot Principal and owner at Trinity Motors Oliver was totally on our side liaising on our behalf with Peugeot Ireland. At no time were we left alone trying to rectify any issues we believed we had. To that end, Oliver and Neil gave us another e-3008 on loan as they continued trying to identify any problems with our car. On the very first occasion driving the loan car, the issue with the auto brake emerged and instantly I realised that perhaps the problem was with me as the driver and not any problem with the car. Taking closer notice of my driving habits I noticed that as I braked to shut the car down I was actually pressing on the brake and accelerator pedals together which was in fact confusing the car's software throwing up the auto brake error. I also tested the auto lighting system on the loan car and I came to the conclusion that there was no fault with the car lighting systems either. It was such a relief that there was nothing wrong. Owner Oliver, Sales Manager Neil and Services Manager Philip were to a man, totally professional gentlemen who never lost their cool and worked with me throughout. They would not have been at fault if they had been exasperated, annoyed with me. My wife and I would like to thank all at Trinity Motors Wexford especially Oliver and Neil for their patience, professionalism, help, as well as their friendship. I know without a shadow of doubt that better support and service would not have been forthcoming from any other car dealership the length and breadth of Ireland. The Trinity Motor Group consisting of many car brands including Peugeot, Mazda, Range Rover, Fiat, Jeep etc., are the tops when it comes to support and service. I have no hesitation in recommending the Trinity Motor Group to anyone considering a car purchase, it would be worth your while to see what they have on offer. Above & beyond has become a common expression these days as its floated about. But our experience has showed us that "above & beyond" is the defining quality of this family run dealership. Rhyan Butler is amazing!!! My husband and I purchased a beautiful Peugeot 3008 this week from Rhyan at Trinity Motors. Along the way he addressed each of our queries about the vehicles and on the day we collected the vehicle ran through the many and sometimes overwhelming features of our new vehicle.
