Discover the fascinating design of the new ID.7 Tourer. Sporty and functional all at once. The flow-through air intakes in the front let the airstream flow specifically along the side of the car to the rear. They therefore form an air curtain, which “calms” the airflow along the car. The elegant and powerfully designed squareback turns the ID.7 Tourer into an estate model.

The new ID.7 Tourer provides plenty of space for up to five passengers and thanks to premium materials and features such as background lighting or the optional electric dimmable “Smart Glass” panoramic sunroof exudes the lounge character of a luxury estate with especially generous spaciousness. The standard interior of the new ID.7 Tourer has a high proportion of special materials and is also full of recycled materials.

The optional Connected Travel Assist function provides you with an extremely useful driving assistant on board. It can maintain the distance to the vehicle in front and the maximum speed you have set for you. The adaptive lane guidance also actively keeps the vehicle in the middle of the lane.
If your Volkswagen is equipped with Park Assist Plus and Side Assist, Connected Travel Assist can also actively support you when changing lanes on the highway.
With Predictive Cruise Control and Curve Assist, Connected Travel Assist can adapt the vehicle speed to applicable speed limits and road layouts (bends, traffic circles, etc.).
Thanks to the experience of hundreds of thousands of Volkswagen drivers, Connected Travel Assist can stay in lane and adapt the vehicle speed even better to the course of the road, even if no lane restrictions are detected. This makes assisted driving feel even more human.
To use the Connected Travel Assist online data, a separate contract must be concluded, a Volkswagen ID user account must be created and the WeConnect / VW Connect contract must be concluded. The use of the online data must then be activated in the Infotainment system store.

You can conveniently start and stop charging processes remotely and adjust the air conditioning to your individual preferences.

Would you like to be able to use your smartphone apps conveniently in the car? App‑Connect makes this really easy to do. It enables you to use selected apps and content in your Volkswagen. They are transferred wirelessly to the infotainment system display with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto from Google and can be operated easily and clearly within your field of vision. This makes it incredibly easy to access music, news, maps or audio books, for example.

Almost any wait time in the ID.7 Tourer feels like an entertaining break with the “Games” in-car app. Various 1990s-style classics, for example, make charging go by in a flash.
